This has recently reopened as part of the Redbank Plains Town Square redevelopment. Unfortunately the place has gone significantly down hill. We have visited approximately 10 times during the past 3months and have been consistently met with poor service, long lines, dismal food, incompetent and generally offhandedl staff working in a filthy store. KFC corporate need to have a look at the dreary image that this store reflects. Can't recommend. Drive to the next KFC at Redbank.

Thanks KFC redbank plains. Not only has this place been a repeat affender of bad customer service, ridiculous wait times and less than average food but now I'm getting random items in my food as well. I now officially refuse to eat anything from this place.
